The SnapOn Envelope Sleeve is a slim, structured case for a MacBook — an envelope shape with a magnetic snap rather than a zip, so it opens in one movement and there is no zip to scratch the lid. This one is Walnut Brown, sized for MacBook Pro 40.64cm.
What it is
- Vegan leather outer that wipes clean with a damp cloth
- Magnetic snap closure — nothing metal touches the machine
- Soft lining, padded on both faces
- Slim profile, so it slides into a tote or backpack without bulk
Which size
Match the sleeve to the screen size of your machine and size up if you are between two. A 14-inch MacBook Pro will not go into a 13-inch sleeve, and a 16-inch will not go into a 15-inch, however soft the material feels.
Living with vegan leather in the Gulf
It has one real advantage here: it does not absorb sweat or humidity, so it will not stiffen or darken the way hide does over a summer. Keep it out of a parked car — prolonged heat is what eventually cracks the coating.
