This policy explains where we ship, what delivery costs, and how long it takes. It applies to every order placed on klippik.com/gb.
1. Where we ship and what it costs
We ship worldwide, with all prices shown in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is USD 5.00 per item; delivery within India is free of charge. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
2. Dispatch time
- In-stock items are dispatched within one (1) business day.
- Made-to-order or back-order items are dispatched within five to seven (5–7) business days. Where an item on your order needs longer, the expected date is shown on the product page.
3. Delivery time
After dispatch, international orders typically arrive within five to twelve (5–12) business days, depending on the destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow it to your door.
5. Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timescales depend on their network and on customs where applicable. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays, for incorrect address details, or for events beyond our reasonable control. If a parcel is running late, contact us and we will help trace it.
6. Delivery address
Parcels are delivered to the address supplied at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or incorrect, any re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
