This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out how KlippiK, operated by Astro Jungle Corporation (“KlippiK”, “we”, “us”, “our”), ships orders placed through klippik.com.
Where we ship and what it costs
We ship across India free of charge. Shipping is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are sent by registered courier or speed post and typically arrive within three to seven (3–7) business days after dispatch.
Dispatch time
Items shown as in stock are dispatched within one (1) business day. Items shown as available on backorder are dispatched within five to seven (5–7) business days; the expected date is displayed on the product page before you order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timescales are subject to their network and to customs where applicable. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays, but we will help you trace any parcel that is running late — email support@klippik.com with your order number.
Delivery address
Parcels are delivered to the address supplied at checkout. Please check it carefully; we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
