This policy explains where we ship, what delivery costs, and how long it takes. It applies to every order placed on klippik.com/in for delivery within India.

1. Where we ship and what it costs

We ship across India. Delivery is free on all orders above ₹1,000. On orders of ₹1,000 or less, a small delivery charge is calculated by destination and shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Dispatch time

  • In-stock items are dispatched within one (1) business day.
  • Made-to-order or back-order items are dispatched within five to seven (5–7) business days. Where an item on your order needs longer, the expected date is shown on the product page.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within three to seven (3–7) business days, sent by registered courier or Speed Post depending on your location. Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays.

4. Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timescales depend on their network. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, by incorrect address details, or by events beyond our reasonable control. If a parcel is running late, contact us and we will help trace it.

6. Delivery address

Parcels are delivered to the address supplied at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or incorrect, any re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
