This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms on which Deporter (E-Commerce) (“Deporter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) accepts returns and processes refunds for products purchased through our website or any of our affiliated sales channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.<\/p>\n

Return Window<\/strong><\/p>\n You may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Return requests received after this period will not be eligible under any circumstances, including claims relating to manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n Eligibility for Return<\/strong><\/p>\n Returns will only be accepted if the item satisfies all of the following conditions:<\/p>\n We reserve the absolute right to refuse a return if the item shows any sign of use, damage caused by the customer, missing components, or is otherwise not fit for resale. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost, and no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n The following items cannot be returned or refunded:<\/p>\n Manufacturing Defects<\/strong><\/p>\n Claims relating to manufacturing defects must be reported to support@klippik.com<\/a> within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the item, packaging, and the defect concerned. Defect claims raised after this 14-day period will not be entertained. Where a manufacturing defect is verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with relevant UAE laws.<\/p>\n Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please notify us at support@klippik.com<\/a> within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging.<\/p>\n Delivery Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n Please note that any delivery or shipping charge paid by the customer at the time of placing the order (where applicable) is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return. Only the value of the returned product(s) will be eligible for refund. The sole exception is where the item is verified as defective or where the order was shipped in error by us.<\/p>\n How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><\/p>\n To initiate a return, please email us at support@klippik.com<\/a> with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within two (2) business days.<\/p>\n Please do not ship items back to us before receiving return authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.<\/p>\n Return Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason within the customer’s control, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions above, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:<\/p>\n Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n We currently process exchanges as a return followed by a new order. To exchange an item, please initiate a return through the process above, then place a fresh order for the desired item.<\/p>\n Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting support@klippik.com<\/a>. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon delivery, subject to the conditions of this Policy.<\/p>\n Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant UAE laws.<\/p>\n\n
